Song of the Week - December 20th
one of the few good songs on Rihanna's new album... it was pretty much a disappointment, sadly. But this song's pretty good for dancing. Plus it has some nice bass which always is a good things in my book.

Snowflakes and the DMV
This morning, as I walked to my Intro to Creative Writing final/presentation, it snowed. The snowflakes caught on my dark blue coat, and when I actually looked at them, I could see all the badass little shapes they made. It was kind of funny, since I was walking to class staring at my chest... undoubtedly an odd scene for any onlooker!
The thing is, I don't really mind snowflakes. They are actually kind of cute, and the fact that you can see the awesome shapes that make with the naked eye... it's amazing! It's only when the little buggers fall from the sky by the kajillions that I have a problem.
After the day's finals, I finally got my butt over to the DMV to change my Florida license to a New York one... such a sad event! That plus I had to make two trips since they wouldn't accept my expired passport (my fault for not realizing that they would) so I was a point short. After the whole ordeal they took my FL license and gave me an interim NY one... the real one is being sent to my aunt, whose house address is my new primary residence.
Forgive me, Florida! I feel I betrayed you!
That plus now I can't get Florida resident discounts at Disney... damn!

Drama, Poorness, Finals, and Catching Up
Sooooo... It's been a super long time since I last wrote a post telling you peeps what's up, and I apologize. It's been reeeaally hectic lately.
Thanksgiving was pretty tame, it was nice to see my aunt again and to have real food! And good real food, too! I was going to do a lot of pretty big projects over the break, but there is something about my aunt's house that screams "DON'T DO WORK!" I got nothing done! All I did was play Perfect World (think World of Warcraft but free) and watch TV all day.
J (my boyfriend's suitemate and my ex) was recently dumped by his most current girlfriend. He's now all mopey and "woe is me" as if he is a victim and the girl (Co, if you recall me talking about her before) is an absolute bitch. But as the true story came out, it was clear that J was a douche yet again.
Apparently, J, Co, and a few of Co's friends (A, Ji, and Fr) went out to sled down some of the hills on campus since it had snowed recently (eww snow!). They were all sober. And while they were sledding, J was doing unbelievable things like sitting on A's lap, and at other times Ji's lap. Then they all returned to A and Fr's room to drink, where things got worse. After a few drinks, J was saying things like "Kissing isn't cheating" to Ji and was telling A that since she has a boyfriend she must be good in bed.
W.T.F?!
Thank the gods above, Co finally had it and dumped J. So he went in this whole "I should just kill myself, and purge the world of myself" pity party. And the only reason I'm not alarmed or worried about that is because I have seen this before and F has seen this since she first met him 3 years ago. He goes and says he's widowed on Facebook and everything. can you say drama queen? He's sticking to this victim thing since his reasoning is "I was drunk and don't remember so it must not have happened". So that's the drama that's been happening lately.
On a more academic note, I'm going crazy, basically. This coming week is finals week, and my birthday's the week after that! And then Christmas! Aaah I can't wait for it to all end. Last week I was really really going nuts doing last minute projects (that I didn't do during Thanksgiving break). I don't think I went to bed earlier than 3 am that week. Now my sleeping schedule has gone to shit and I'm going to bed at 6 am and waking up around 6 pm. I miss the sun! One more week, though. Thank god, just one more week.
I may or may not be at school for J-Term this year. I still owe the school money for this semester so they aren't letting me register for J-Term or Spring term and it sucks big time. So I may be home for almost 2 months. Not good, someone may die lol.
And that's been the last few weeks. Last night (well technically early this morning) me and S saw the movie Blue Crush. I never really realized how much I like that movie, haha. It makes me want to have rock hard abs and a killer tan. But it was a good movie.
Anyway, that's all from me. Peace out!

Song of the Week - December 13th
Gah. Late again! This you may recognize as the song used in the new iPod nano (with a video camera!) commercial. It took a bit of time, but the song grew on me. It's so fun and peppy!

Song of the Week - December 6th
Gah so I'm late by a day... I've been so busy and strung up lately, I can't even do a silly blog post for what happened over Thanksgiving (not much).
So this is "Telephone" by Lady Gaga, from her new album. The album's pretty good, and I'm really liking how most of the songs are eaily danced to!
